1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

2. Account Registration and Security

You may register via your phone number, or optionally connect your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The application offers auto-renewable subscriptions and digital items to access premium features:

• Subscription Terms: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / App Store Account or Google Play Account upon confirmation of purchase depending on your device platform.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions & Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time after purchase via your store account settings (App Store Account Settings for iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions for Android).
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription, where applicable.

4. Community Guidelines & User-Generated Content (UGC)

To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree NOT to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is hate speech, threatening, defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory.
• Contains explicit nudity, sexual imagery, or graphic violence.
• Promotes commercial activities, spam, or scams.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your profile details.

5. Safety and Interaction with Other Users

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We do not conduct background checks or verify the statements of our users. Always exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with potential matches online and offline.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct that harms the application or its community.

7. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee specific matching results, uninterrupted service functionality, or specific outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the application after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
